FIELD: pulse devices. SUBSTANCE: device has four bit locations, first, second and third input wires, demultiplexer, first and second commutators. Each bit location has asynchronous D-flip-flop, first bidirectional switch, second bidirectional switch, first NOR gate. In addition first and second bit locations contain XOR gate and second NOR gate. First bit location contains OR gate. Second bit location contains third NOR gate. Each bit of counter has corresponding serial RC-circuit. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 2 dwg
