SUBSTANCE: method involves producing aerosol of foam-generating solution in the inlet portion of heat exchanger chamber 16 by dispersing it in a hot stream of gas with subsequent movement of aerosol into the liquefied inert gas admitting zone (mixing chamber 17) located in diffuser portion 2 of the device casing.
