FIELD: fire fighting in mine working and surface objects. SUBSTANCE: method for forming froth fire extinguishing aerosol is assured by dispersing solution of froth-forming agent in hot gas flow of inhibiting composition of pyrotechnic charge. Device has pyrotechnic fire extinguishing gas generator. Ring collector with sprayers of the froth-forming solution is installed on outlet nozzle. Elastic mixing chamber is provided in the device, that is equipped with locking device to connect froth line hose. EFFECT: high reliability. 1 dwg
