SUBSTANCE: petroleum and water preparing apparatus uses a vessel with petroleum layer, intermediate layer and water layer, inlet and outlet connections reciprocating motion mechanism and device for collection and removal of intermediate level made like a nozzle, covering the vessel cross-section in the zone of location of intermediate level, and connected through flexible hose to pump located outside the vessel.
