The base has inlet hole 6 for air, closed with guard 7. Positioned in the base is a hydraulic filter presenting a set of upper and lower partitions 9. The apparatus base is furnished with means of conveyance. Cabinet 2 is divided into three sections. Secured in the first section is filter for fine-dispersed particles and charcoal filter.
