FIELD: materials granulation. SUBSTANCE: device has partially perforated inclined rotary barrel. Concentric housing is installed on it. The housing consists of two concentric cylinders connected to one another and to the barrel using screw-like partitions. Internal housing is subdivided by blind partitions into sections. External housing is longer than internal one. The barrel is perforated at both ends of external hausing, as well as each section of internal housing. Row material feeders and sprayers for ejecting liquid into area of these sections are connected to each section. Heater is made in the form of heat exchanger covwering external housing of the barrel. The device has a spout for final product. EFFECT: producing multilayered granules with layers of different composition, as well as producing granules of higher density. 3 dwg
