SUBSTANCE: ring groove is made on adjacent surfaces of female yoke and male pin, as well as input window and opening respectively normally located to the axis of the ring groove. Cross-section areas of the input window, opening, and flexible stopper located in the ring groove are as follows: 3:2:1 respectively, and the length of the assembled flexible element does not exceed length of ring groove axis.
