FIELD: oil production. SUBSTANCE: value device for pumping well includes hollow body with inlet channels and upper and lower outlet channels. There is flexible member, e.g. in form of bellows installed in body upper part and forming together with it a chamber filled with compressed gas. There is charging unit in chamber. Located in body lower part is main seat. Rigidly connected with flexible member is rod with its upper end, and it is connected with main gate installed under seat by means of its lower end. Valve device has spring, stem, additional seat and gate. Chamber by flexible member and body is partially filled with damping fluid. Additional seat is installed below the main seat. Spring is located between seats, and additional gate is located under additional seat and rigidly connected with main gate by means of stem. Seats are restrictively movable relative to each other. Respective diameters of seats and gates are equal to each other. Flow area of inlet channels exceeds total flow area of seats, and area of each of the latter is less than flow area of respective outlet channels. Valve device may have ring locked by shear member in body. Ring is installed above main seat or under additional seat. Valve device may have rings locked by shear members in body. One of rings is installed under main seat, and the other, under additional ring. Valve device may have spring installed in body above the main seat or under additional seat. Valve device may have springs, one or which is installed in body above main seat, and the other, under additional seat. EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of valve device at starting and operation of pumping well, and increased service life of oil-well sucker-rod pump. 5 cl, 3 dwg
