FIELD: production of gas and gas-condensate. SUBSTANCE: method for development of gas and gas-condensate fields includes periodic analyzing of variation in time of gas flow rate versus wellhead pressure (or inlet pressure of main compressor station) with use of results of investigations of producing wells. When this pressure drops to value at which gas flow rate is not dependable on wellhead pressure or on inlet pressure of main compressor station, further reduction of pressure at inlet of main compressor station and increase of number of gas compression stages are discontinued. If there are wells in the field with different production rates, the wells with close production rates are combined in separate groups and connected depending of the effect on its flow of wellhead pressure or inlet pressure of main compressor station, either, to bypass main compressor station or to inlet of intermediate compression stage. EFFECT: reduced material and power expenditures for production and transportation due to establishment of optimal value of minimum pressure at wellhead or at inlet of main compressor station. 2 cl, 2 dwg
