FIELD: development of oil pools. SUBSTANCE: injection of water and gas is carried out simultaneously with periodic variation of injection rates. In so doing, volume of injection of one agent for one cycle in formation conditions does not exceed 0.1 of initial oil-saturated volume of formation pores. Rate of injection is varied from maximum water flow rate at minimum flow rate of gas to minimum water flow rate with maximum flow rate of gas. Maximum flow rate of water and gas is set on the basis of conditions of integrity of cement stone behind the casing and formation, and minimum flow rate of water and gas is set on the conditions of prevention of formation of ice or hydrates in wellbore. EFFECT: increased coefficient of oil recovery due to fuller covering of pool by displacement with injected agents and increased vertical cross-overs. 1 dwg
