FIELD: prospecting for oil and gas storages. SUBSTANCE: injection wells to productive seam - collector outside of bounds of prospected part of field are drilled. Driving agents are pumped into it and products are taken from production wells located within prospected part of field. Seam pressure is measured and reserves of oil and gas are determined by equation of material balance. EFFECT: improved authenticity of method.
