SUBSTANCE: arrangement has mixing chamber, evaporator in the form of helical wire elements, line for feeding heat transfer agent (exhaust gases) to the chamber, heater in the form of a tube having a blind hole at one end and communicating with the line at the other end. Lower part of side surface of the heater has holes. The elements are positioned at the sides of the heater and spaced from one another at a distance equal to half the outside diameter of the helix.
