SUBSTANCE: device has tube with handle, eyepiece, obturator, pneumatic force pump, illumination unit, autonomous short action light source is mounted on the working end of the tube. Light source switch drive is connected with the movably mounted obturator. The tube is rigidly connected with the handle. The eyepiece and obturator are made from plastic material. Air pump is located in the handle recess being made in form of elastic bulb. The autonomous light source is chemiluminescent. Beside that the autonomous light source is galvanic.
