FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis has curved strap 1 on concave surface of which two fastening member in the form of rods 3 and 4 are spaced. Distal ends of fastening members 3 and 4 are connected by means of a screw. Rod 3 is removably and fixedly coupled with strap 1. The screw has optionally elongated cylindric head or hidden head. The hidden head screw length is greater than l+d, where l is the screw threaded portion length, and d is the thickness of the removable fastening member at the connection site. Screw 22 has figured washer 24 with hole 25 for the hidden head of the screw and fixation members on the cortical layer of the femur. EFFECT: high reliability of prosthesis structure. 3 cl, 6 dwg
