FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for restoration of knee joint support ability with its total endoprosthesis replacement. Bed for a tibial component of the endoprosthesis is formed. At least three threaded screws are introduced into the skewed defect area so that the points of the screws insertion in the shin bone are arranged in the form of a regular polygon. Distal end of each of the screws protrudes above the defect, and the axis of screw feeding direction is perpendicular to the plane of the installed tibial component, and the surface of their hats should not touch the adjacent surface of the tibial component. Space between the screws and the tibial plane of the tibia is filled with bone cement.

EFFECT: method provides complete coverage of a tibial plateau of the endoprosthesis due to filling a defect in the condyle of the tibial condom with bone cement, prevents displacement of the cement mantle and the typhoid component of the endoprosthesis by reinforcing the bone cement with screws, uniformly redistribute the load on the shin bone surface by placing the screws in the base in the form of a regular polygon and strictly perpendicular location thereof relative to the load plane, as well as reduces the risk of developing metallosis due to the absence of contact between screws of the screws and the metal tibial component of the endoprosthesis.
