FIELD: raising sunken objects. SUBSTANCE: rope grips in form of self-tightening loops made on deck and provided with clamps and safety devices are lowered from surface ship. Then these loops are brought under sunken object by means of self-propelled submersible vehicle after which ropes are preliminarily tightened up embracing the sunken object. System has self-propelled submerged vehicle and catamaran-type surface ship with cargo-hoisting drums on each pair of which rope with rope grip is secured. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 4 dwg
