FIELD: hydraulic engineering, specifically, sea platforms for recovery of oil and gas. SUBSTANCE: system for drilling operations under bottom of ponds has floating platform carrying technological equipment, float elements, supports, cables and anchors for connection of float elements to bottom of pond. System is fitted with drilling chamber housing technological equipment. Chamber is tightly joined to float elements, one of them containing power plant. Float elements are provided with winches and come in the form of discarded submarines. Submarines are tightly joined by supports to platform. Drilling chamber is equipped with tube-shaped structure made of refractory material. This structure is divided by vertical partition into two parts: one to feed materials, the other one for operation of personnel in underwater position. Platform can be provided with shock absorbers in points of joint of support to platform, elevator connecting power plant with drilling chamber and mobile manipulator with ice-cutting gear. Advantage of this platform in comparison with similar structures lies in its mobility and capability of operation both in surface and submerged conditions.
