FIELD: equipment for facilitating filling or emptying containers, particularly for uniform material distribution to process equipment in agricultural, chemical, food, building and other industries.
SUBSTANCE: device has hopper with outlet pouring means, belt conveyer arranged under pouring means having head and tight pulleys and protective case enclosing conveyer with receiving box. Auger is installed above head conveyer pulley at material falling area. Auger is connected to rotary actuator by means of planetary gear including carrier driven by gear wheel and carrying plane pinion freely installed on carrier. Plane pinion is brought into engagement with gear wheel provided with braking means contacting with case. Gear wheel is connected to carrier by master clutch. Auger blocked with plane pinion is eccentrically and freely arranged on carrier. Auger may operate in fixed eccentricity and changeable eccentricity modes.
EFFECT: possibility of uniform material distribution.
