Slot 4 is made in the inlet part of branch pipe 1 for permitting screwing- in. The end part of holder 6 is strictly vertical and coaxial to branch pipe 1. The cylindric opening made in the bottom base of conical deflector 13 is fitted on the end part of holder 6 up to the stop[. Ring deflector 7 is mounted on conical deflector 13 so that teeth 8 over inner periphery of ring deflector 7 abut against the surface of conical deflector 13 in its middle part and tooth 15 arranged bellow.
