The pair of oppositely arranged bottom dispensing branch pipes 4 abuts against the bottom part of standpipe 2, and the pair of oppositely arranged top dispensing branch pipes 3 abuts against top part 5 of standpipe 2. Outlet end sections of top branch pipes 3 are opposite to outlet end sections 8 of bottom branch pipes 4 to define outlet space 9 between branch pipes 3 and 4. In addition, all of branch pipes 3 and 4 are secured to standpipes 2 at 45°. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg
