FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two ring-shaped connecting members 1 and 3 with internal circular knife 2 rigidly fixed by means of a drive and provided with circular working surfaces engageable with each other. The internal drive is rod 7 made of material possessing the shape memory property. Rod 7 is bent to have at least two elbows 9. Rod 7 is connected with ring-shaped members 1 and 3 in opposite points. Rod 7 is provided with cooling member being removable cotton gauze ball 11. Circumferential groove 4 and guiding hollow chamber 5 for knife 2 are provided on the working surfaces to make cavity 6 for tissues. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in connecting hollow organs. 3 dwg
