FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tubular casing with fixation and implantation mechanism placed inside. The mechanism has compression unit transforming into branches at the end of the apparatus so that the branches can be brought close and apart. Guiding unit at the opposite end of the apparatus is movably mounted and engageable with the fixation and implantation mechanism drive. The tubular casing is coated with insulation layer and has cavity for cooling member. Its walls partially form the central canal of the casing. The cooling member has thermoelement with thermocouple and the guiding unit ends in at least two pointed branches and has two guiding canals narrowing towards the working part of the apparatus. The guiding canals are approximately wedge-shaped and communicate to the tubular casing allowing longitudinal movements to be performed inside it. Compression member is positioned in the canals as two coils manufactured from titanium nickelide alloy possessing shape memory properties. The coils touch adjacent surfaces of the guiding canals along the generatrix. The working compression surface is divided with circular grooves of the both coils into internal edges coming close to one another and external edges forming working gap. EFFECT: high quality of anastomosis; excluded risk of foreign bodies retained; reduced risk of traumatic complications. 2 cl, 13 dwg
