FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has removable compression member with power coils and tubular casing introducible through laparoskopic trocar. The casing has movable parts axially rotatably and fixedly connected to each other, drive mounted on one end and kinematically coupled cutting instruments mounted on the other end. The instruments have means for fastening the removable compression member engageable with pusher end. The pusher is mounted in the tubular casing having kinematic link to the drive. The tubular casing has bendable and fixable additional movable part. The cutting working parts are designed as scissors and tissue biters and have means for fastening the removable compression member as internal fasteners positioned near pusher end and external grooves and/or protrusions near the free ends. The pusher touches and is engageable with bent segment of the removable compression member. Maximum external size of power coils of the removable compression member on the bent end segment is not less than 1/3 of maximum external size of the removable compression member or equal to it. EFFECT: atraumatic engagement with tissues; facilitated surgeon work. 4 cl, 6 dwg
