FIELD: medical engineering; surgery. SUBSTANCE: tubular body has drive positioned at one end. Drive is coupled kinematically to operating parts (blades) mounted at other end. Operating parts are made in the form of catches with counter terminal projections in which detachable compression element is fixed. Tubular body is made for introduction into abdominal cavity through trochar under pneumoperitoneum conditions. It has operating part control facility. To prevent engagement and accidental removal of detachable compression element, operating parts are provided with flat springs which smooth out terminal projections. Compression element is essentially two turns of rod or wire. Moving holding facility is made as pushers for every turn. It is provided with kinematic coupling to drive. Knives are positioned, for example, in middle of counter surfaces of operating parts. EFFECT: improved postoperative results, simplified construction. 7 cl, 6 dwg
