FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemical industries. SUBSTANCE: catalyst has 0.05-80 wt.-% supersilicic zeolite of pentasil type at the molar ratio SiO2/Al2O3 25-150 and additionally 0.005-80 wt.-% zeolite MeNaY where Me H, Zn, Mn, Ga, and binder the rest. Catalyst can contain amorphous metallosilicate aluminosilicate or zirconium-silicate or magnesium silicate or zinc silicate as a binder. Catalyst has the following chemical composition, wt. -% metal oxide in metallosilicate binder 0.5-8.5; aluminium oxide 1.6-17.6; metal oxide in zeolite composition 0.05-2.5; sodium oxide 0.05-0.5, and silicon oxide the rest. Catalyst can contain aluminium oxide as a binder. Catalyst has the following composition, wt.-% metal oxide in zeolite composition 0.05-2.5; sodium oxide 0.05-0.5; silicon oxide 22.1-72.1, and aluminium oxide the rest. Catalyst can has bead, or microspherical, or extrudate form. Preferable content of supersilicic zeolite of pentasil type in bead catalyst is 0.05-50 wt.-% Refining process of gasoline on the proposed catalyst is carried out at 350-450 C, under pressure 0.1-1 MPa.
