Abstract RU 2051138 C1

FIELD: oil processing industry and petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: mixture of hydrocarbon gases C1-C7 is processed at elevated temperature and pressure in the presence of catalyst, 400-600 C and 0.1-2.0 MPa being preferred. Mentioned above catalyst contains (mass): zeolite of pentasil type (molar ratio SiO2/Al2O3 in it being 25:160) 20-70, manganese oxide or its mixture with zinc oxide and/or with gallium 0.05-2.5, binder the rest. Said catalyst may be used as pellet, or as microsphere or as ball. Aluminosilicate which contains aluminium oxide (0.5-7.5 mass), oxide which is chosen of group including zinc oxide, manganese oxide, gallium oxide and mixture thereof (0.05-2.5 mass ), sodium oxide (0.05-0.5 mass) and silicium oxide may be used as said binder. Binder may also contain oxide being chosen of group which includes zinc oxide, manganese oxide, gallium oxide and mixture thereof (0.05-2.5 mass ), sodium oxide (0.05-0.5 mass), silicium oxide (18.0-68.8 mass ) and aluminium oxide. Proposed catalyst may contain mixture of zinc oxide, manganese oxide and gallium oxide or mixture of zinc oxide and gallium oxide or mixture of manganese oxide and gallium oxide or mixture of manganese oxide and zinc oxide. It's enable to produce benzine with the help of said catalyst at yield 44.8-43.3 its octane number being 88.3-87.4. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 16 cl, 2 tbl
