Proposed strain of Klebsiella azeanae BKM B-2008D is isolated from the clinical isolates and provides the high level of enzyme content 400000 U/1 g crude matter of cell biomass, not less. The yield of purified enzyme is 10000-12000 U/g cell biomass. EFFECT: increased yield of enzyme activity.
