FIELD: laser devices. SUBSTANCE: laser device of unimode modulated radiation for heat treatment of materials has the following components installed in direction of path of light beam: convex nontransmitting mirror 1, passive laser gate, concave transmitting mirror 3, active members 4 and 5, output mirror of master oscillator, amplifier active members 7 and 8, output mirror of amplifier. Passive laser gate is located between convex nontransmitting mirror and concave transmitting end mirror and made in form of spatial amplitude-phase holographic lattice comprised of concentric circles whose center is coincident with optical axis of resonator, and their planes are oriented square to this axis. EFFECT: higher efficiency of modulation and longer service life of passive laser gate, smooth variation of time and energy parameters of laser radiation, reduced laser radiation divergence, increased coherence and spatial brightness. 1 dwg
