FIELD: internal combustion engines, devices for cleaning exhaust gas filters of internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: device for cleaning the internal combustion engine filters has exhaust pipe, two-passage gas splitter with throttle valve fitted in it, two filters rigidly connected with exhaust pipe which are arranged in pairs in gas splitter passages, two microwave energy sources and control unit. Device is additionally provided with two pressure pickups, two thermocouples, two slow-wave structures electrically connected with outputs of microwave energy sources and two-passage air splitter with air damper which is mounted for successively shutting off the air passages. Besides that, device is provided with air duct with drive valve and valve switch which is connected on one side to compressed air source and to two-passage gas splitter through two-passages splitter on other side. Pickups are brought in communication with passages of gas splitter; thermocouples are mounted in filters. Control unit is made in form of subunit of thermocouples and pressure subunit; inputs of both subunits are respectively connected to outputs of thermocouples and outputs of pressure pickups; outputs of subunits are connected with switches of drive valve and switches of microwave energy sources.
