PRESSURE TRANSDUCER Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: instrument engineering. SUBSTANCE: pressure transducer has case, sensitive element in form of a spring, which is built into the case, and bellows, which is connected with displacement converter. Guiding flange bushing is put onto shoulder of the case. Threaded bushing is fixed to the surface of the case. Internal movable end of the bellows is closed by plug with a rod, placed inside the bushing. Motionless end of the bellows is connected with the bushing. The other bushing with internal thread is mounted onto external surface of flange of the bushing, into which thread one end of the spring is screwed in. The other end of the spring is spring-loaded by adjusting nut, which is mounted with its external threaded connection inside the case, and with its internal thread is connected with displacement converter. Adjusted clearances are made between external surface of flange of the bushing and plug of the bellows and between edge of displacement of converter and mirror end of the rod. EFFECT: widened boundaries of measurements; improved precision of measurements; improved reliability of bellows operation. 2 cl, 2 dwg
