FIELD: radio electronics, power engineering. SUBSTANCE: process involves mixing and grinding of oxides of bismuth and copper, of carbonates of strontium and calcium and of lithium-containing component. It includes synthesis, grinding, pressing and sintering. Lithium fluoride with following proportion of components, per cent by mass bismuth oxide 45.11-51.26; strontium carbonate 24.37-30.06; calcium carbonate 9.45-14.52; copper oxide 10.02-13.17; lithium fluoride 1.46-2.10 is used in the capacity of lithium-containing component. Process is simplified due to exclusion of stages of intermediate grinding of mixture in process of sintering and time of thermal treatment of material is reduced. Temperature of transition of material into superconducting state in proposed process increases up 90.5 K. EFFECT: simplified technological process, reduced time of thermal treatment of material. 1 tbl
