FIELD: electroacoustics. SUBSTANCE: piezoelectric converter comprises a casing, a diaphragm in the form of a metal plate with a piezoelectric element, a sleeve-like bottom base, two electric contact elements in the form of nails, through holes located in the walls of the bottom base and opening outward from the converter. The diaphragm is installed between the open end of the bottom base and an elastic circular member contacting with the perforated casing wall. The heads of the electric contact members are in touch at one side with the open ends of the bottom base and, correspondingly, with the metal plate and electrode of the piezoceramic element on its peripheral portion at the other side.
