FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology. Ultrasonic piezoelectric transducer comprises a piezoelectric acoustic line, a hollow cylindrical body, a piezoelectric element with electrodes, an insulator mounted by its lower surface on upper surface of acoustic line, and by upper surface on lower surface of piezoelectric element. Device includes a coupling between piezoelectric element and spring. Cover is in contact with a spring and has a hole for output of conductors. Coupling also has an opening through which leads from electrodes of piezoelectric element pass. Contact area of coupling with upper surface of the piezoelectric cell ranges from 5 % to 50 % of upper surface area of piezoelectric element, specific acoustic impedance of coupling material is 5-17 % of specific acoustic impedance of piezoelectric material and piezoelectric element and acoustic line isolator coupled acoustically transparent layers, spring is installed to transmit pressing force through coupling to a piezoelectric element, an insulator and acoustic line. Between spring and sleeve is a metal sleeve, and space between components is filled with compound having a low specific acoustic impedance.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in acoustic power transmission coefficient.
