SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electromechanical variable-speed drive with a reduction driver for reducing the number of revolutions of a driven shaft of a device with its continuous, intermittent and reversible rotation, and a method for transferring rotation into a sealed volume through a continuous metal wall into a vacuum and other media at normal temperature and increased to 150 °C and a pressure of 10-6 mm Hg to several atmospheres from a driving link to a driven by wave-like elastic deformations, generated in a sealed transmission link by a mechanical wave generator driven by a wave ultrasonic motor into rotation, as well as in the form of a hermetic version of a method for transmitting a rotational motion into a volume to be sealed to an object. Examples of the application can be drivers for stirring pharmacological bubblers, plants for growing crystals, robots, pipe bending machines, mixers, drivers of valves, supporting-rotary devices. Essence of the invention is that a device for obtaining rotational motion, including a fixed base, housing, covers, output shaft installed in supports, two flexible deformable wave wheel, two composite two-wave piezogenerator of deformation waves, which together form a bisystem of the device, functioning on opposite directions, from one switch, composed of separate piezoelectric transducers fastened by means of pads,uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction, fixed on the fixed bases, contacting by means of pads of piezoelectric transducers and packing pieces with single-arm levers, installed in the supports, composed of plates and rings with holes for the axes in the eyes differs in that the assembled supports of single and double-armed levers, formed from rigidly connected plates and rings, are made coaxial in the axial direction and are rigidly mounted on the removable covers of the device body, piezoelectric transducers of generators are made in the form of single-row, installed in parallel in one plane, from disks and plates, wherein the paired rods are symmetrically disposed with respect to a single rod, herewith the ends of the rods are rigidly connected in series by pads, and the ends of disks, washers, plates, individual rods are electrically connected by means of electrodes. Technical result achieved according to the invention consists in the multiple uniformity of individual piezoelectric transducers and a main element for performing the required functions: piezoelement-disk, produced in bulk quantities at specialized enterprises and the mastered technologies for manufacturing rod disc piezoelectric transducers.
EFFECT: device can be used in machines, aggregates, devices, in which speed control is required by a digital control system with a constant running torque.
