FIELD: medicine; stomatology; restoration of teeth with full or partial defects of dental row. SUBSTANCE: proposed implant comprises pin having head portion and root portion. Latter is composite and consists of plurality of detachable inserts which are square in cross-section and semioval in lobar section. Inserts are intended to be inserted into alveoli in jaws and have opening at their apex. Nut 6 having inner shoulder 6 with radial splines is rotatably placed into this opening. Root portion further comprises cylindrical pin 8 made in form of stepped threaded sleeve carrying springy rod 9 coaxially secured to sleeve and protruding beyond its axial end to form cantilever. Diametrically opposed lobar grooves 10 are formed on sleeve 8 and nut 6 having insert is locked on sleeve. Grooves formed on sleeve 8 and splines 11 formed in shoulder of not are provided with corresponding feather-like members 14 of lock washer 15. Radially extending, diametrically opposite projections 12 of insert in opening at its apex contact with lobar grooves 10 of sleeve 8.
