FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a two-stage dental implant made of zirconium dioxide. The neck of the implant is made with a length of at least 1/3 of the length of the endosseous part. The apical section is made in length from 0.6 to 0.8 of the length of the endosseous part with the possibility of osteofibrointegration between the endosseous part of the implant and the bone. The coronal section is made in the form of an inverted truncated cone with the possibility of conjugation of the smaller apical section of the endosseous part with the larger diameter of the implant neck, and with the possibility of stabilizing the implant in the cortical bone layer and redistributing vertical loads on the bone. In the neck of the implant from the end of the pin along its vertical axis of symmetry, a threaded hole is made for mounting an abutment into it, at the bottom of which there is a slot for interacting with the instrument and transmitting a torque of 25 to 35 N⋅cm from instrument to the implant. The abutment head is made multifaceted with the possibility of interaction with an instrument for transmitting a torque of 15 N⋅cm from the instrument, and the landing part of the abutment is made in the form of a truncated cone with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the implant neck with the possibility of landing on the neck of the tooth crown by cementing.
EFFECT: increase in resistance to mechanical stress is achieved.
