FIELD: foundry engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has sealed container. Casting patterns, compacting and gating runner chambers and bulk filling material are placed inside container. Compacting chamber pattern is placed under casting pattern. Patterns are placed in container and moulded with a bulk filler. Container is sealed and connected to a vacuum system. A portion of metal is poured into a gating runner. This metal gasifies compacting chamber pattern and fills up developed space. After pouring piston is replaced, metal is squeezed out of compacting chamber and it fills space developed in the process of casting pattern gasification.
