FIELD: casting technique. SUBSTANCE: method involves placement of modular block in container, its filling with unbound molding material, its compaction by vibration, hermetic sealing and vacuum evaporation of container and filling pressure chamber with metal. In bottom part of container coaxially with pressure chamber is mounted piston in which after metal filling oscillations of 50. . .100 Hz and amplitude of 0.5...0.8 mm are excited as temperature of metal in pressure chamber reaches 1.05...1.15 of temperature of liquidus. This is followed by movement of piston until complete extrusion of metal from the chamber at a speed of 0-01...0.1 m/sec with the force exceeding gas pressure in mold by 3...5 fold after that pressure against piston is increased by 10. ..100 fold and is kept until casting crystallization. Then piston is put away to its initial position and again oscillations of 50. . .100 Hz and of amplitude of 1.5...5 mm is excited in the piston and is kept within the period of time equal to 0.1...0.3 of time of complete casting cooling.
