FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine-tool ensures the processing or renewal of electrodes-tools fastened on the processing head of the numerically controlled machine-tool. The head has a toolholder fixed on the spindle mounted on the processing head and equipped with means for the automatic fastening interacting with the electrode or with the blank having a standard form and holding either an electrode in the course of the electro-erosion processing or a blank in the course of its renewal, all this without the disassembly of the blank or the electrode. The tool also has an auxiliary tool designed to process or to renew the terminal part of the blank or the electrode-tool according to the desired profile.
