FIELD: special cloth. SUBSTANCE: polymeric composition, containing the core made of polyethylene with dispersed electrically conducting carbon, is extruded through the opening of a passageway positioned above a capillary filter. Simultaneously, a polymeric composition of a shell made of polyamide or polyester is extruded in all directions over the circumference of the inlet direction of the capillary of the spinnered until the core is fully enveloped. In the zones between the three cogs of the spinnered, the flow rate is increased in comparison with the flow rate in the zones near the cogs. Relation L/D for each cog is equal to 1-3, where L is the distance between the central point at the line passing between the bottom points of adjacent hollows in each side of the cog and the most distant point on the cog, D is the maximum width of the cog being measured perpendicularly to the L. The radius of the minimum circumference, that encloses three-cog core of the fiber obtained, relates to the radius of the maximum circle, inscribed in the three-cog core, as 2-5.
