FIELD: hoisting-and-conveying machinery. SUBSTANCE: device has pontoons which are interconnected by means of transverse beams. Located in fore and aft portions of the pontoons are grips whose lower-hoist mechanism consists of flexible suction pipe lines with attached weights and aid duct with common inlet. Each pipe line is provided with branch pipe fitted with valve on side of fore portion of each pontoon. Each pontoon is provided with tight operational hatch and railing.
