FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: method for filling underground workings with self-cementing metallurgical wastes includes transportation and stowing operations with components of filling material, dry mixing of filler and binder components in course of dry grinding, accumulation of mixture in continuous feeding hopper in the amount equalling the hourly capacity of filling complex and pneumatic transportation of mixture with additional blowing of compressed air in points of joints of pipes of different diameters. In so doing, combined grinding of filler and binder components is carried out for 5-7 min, and loading of binder is effected without breaks in filler grinding. Besides, binder is added with water in pneumatic transport pipeline by supplying water into pipeline behind the point of compressed air blowing. Device for realization of the method includes transportation and stowing equipment, mill, feeding hopper with air-tight vessels and pipeline with blowing devices. Each vessel of feeding hopper with ascending unloading is made for the volume equalling the hourly capacity of filling complex. Bottom of each vessel has collector with compressed air nozzles located over axial lines spaces at 1.5-3 D, where D is diameter of delivery branch pipe and at angle of 45-75 deg. to delivery branch pipe. Long pneumatic transport pipeline is made with stepped increase of pipe diameter over its length, with relation between length of section of pipes with large diameter and length of preceding section is determined by mathematic ratio. Besides, pipeline has elbow with two branch pipes. Pipeline is provided at its end with unloader having branch pipe and pump. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 4 dwg
