Device has accumulator with sectional-form bottom which has common body, suction conduit in form of two parallel pump columns, nozzle arrangement in form of cassette holders including several nozzles located over perimeter of bottom sections at angle exceeding angle of inner friction, vertical branch pipe of pipeline in form of telescopic pipe.
