SUBSTANCE: method is based on use of water contained in constantly maintained amount of rock mass in amount sufficient for provision of forced delivering of material into transportation pipe using for building up high pressure flow in nozzle arrangement the water drained from accumulator into drainage system and providing preset relationships between distance between output section of nozzle arrangement and input section of transportation pipe, cross section of accumulator main housing and diameter of nozzle arrangement basing on main physical characteristics of process. Device has accumulator with sectional-form bottom which has common body, suction conduit in form of two parallel pump columns, nozzle arrangement in form of cassette holders including several nozzles located over perimeter of bottom sections at angle exceeding angle of inner friction, vertical branch pipe of pipeline in form of telescopic pipe.
