SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing and accumulating hydraulic mixture; providing flowing of hydraulic mixture through conveyance pipeline; introducing portions of compressed air streams; separating liquid carrier medium and air from bulk material; providing uniform feeding of hydraulic mixture into conveyance pipeline under constant pressure; introducing continuous flow of compressed air into conveyance pipeline below point; where compressed gas portions are introduced, with continuous flow being fed in countercurrent with respect to hydraulic mixture flow; maintaining compressed air quantity equal or exceeding the value determined by preliminarily set dependence. Device has intaking unit connected with hydraulic mixture accumulator. Air collector is communicated with conveyance pipeline through branch pipe. Compressed air supply chamber is formed as annular collector positioned concentrically with respect to conveyance pipeline and connected with pneumatic drive and with conveyance pipeline through annular pipeline.
