SUBSTANCE: preset distribution of heat carrier flow according to random order in cross section of tube bundle by controlling flow velocity profile, at inlet into circular supply channel 2 is provided owing to the fact that heat exchange device has additional hood 4, inlet branch pipe 5, ring insert 10 arranged between shell 9 and hood 4 and system of independent movable throttling members 12 rigidly connected with rods 13. Ends of rods can be connected to drives 15. Hood 4 at side of turning chamber 6 has bottom to which branch pipe 5 is connected. Such construction makes it possible to control steplessly medium flow along tubes 8 by moving throttling members 12 vertically by means of rods 13, thus changing passage section of clearance 11.
