SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, in particular to multistage heat exchangers. multistage shell-and-tube heat exchanger including housing with heat exchange tubes bundle arranged inside it, inter-tube space inlet and outlet branch pipes, distribution chamber with tube space inlet and outlet branch pipes, provided with partitions, including those which are sheared, and divided by a horizontal partition into two parts, one of which is a compartment, wherein in the distribution chamber compartment by means of two shaped elements arranged symmetrically relative to each other and interconnected through upper vertical guides, a channel with a Venturi pipe profile is formed, wherein one of the shaped elements is connected to the horizontal partition, the cover of the distribution chamber and the concave baffle, which is tangentially fixed on the cover of the distribution chamber, and the other shaped element, which is cut, is connected to the lower vertical guides and the transverse partition, which form a rotary chamber above the inlet of the medium into the tubular space, and is equipped with a horizontal platform adjacent to the tube grid, at that, flow area of heat exchange tubes arranged opposite sections whereat compartment is divided by upper vertical guides is proportional to area of flow areas of appropriate sections.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of heat exchange processes.
