FIELD: heat exchanging engineering. SUBSTANCE: pipe has thermoplastic shell 1. Radial member 2 are uniformly arranged on the shell. Shell 1 is strengthened with the outer armored shell 3. Members 2 are constructed as plates made up as parallel carbon fibres and thermoplastic binder 5 in the volume ratio (1: 1)-(1: 0.1). The area of cross-sections of plates 2 is of 50-90% of the ares of inner side of the pipe. EFFECT: improved design. 5 dwg
