FIELD: heat exchanging engineering. SUBSTANCE: deposit and surface to be cleaned are thermally treated. The pressure in the passage is then released. As a result, the fluid in the deposit layer boils up and is evaporated intensively. The deposit is loosened up and broken down. Before pressure releasing the fluid is heated up to the temperature exceeding the saturation temperature with respect to the pressure in the tank wherein the fluid is discharged.
