FIELD: heat power, chemical and other industries; manufacture of heat exchange and heat transfer devices. SUBSTANCE: tube plate has base with holes to fix heat exchange tubes. Base has carrying framework made of reinforcement glass fibers with concentric spirals around holes and turned into monolith by using polymer material. Prior to dipping ends of tubes into melted polymer binder, tubes are wound with threads, cords or bands to form framework which is then turned into monolith by thermoset polymer, and thus reinforced tube plate is obtained.
