FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a tractor-mounted multibottom plow with a central beam for attachment of the plow bottoms and a flexible harrow. A horizontal bar is secured on the beam. The bar is turnable in the vertical plane, and it is provided with a fluid-operated lift cylinder, a prop with a carrier self-adjusting wheel, and brackets having spring-loaded props. The harrow modules attached to the props have ripping tines in mutually perpendicular planes and disk knives. The teeth ends may be straight, or they may be arranged at an angle relative to the greater axle. The modules are detachable, and they are equal in size though they may differ in shape. In operation, the modules rotate as they come in contact with the soil. The horizontal beam may turn through an angle of α,, thereby making the harrow active.
